Our goal at Christ First Kingdom Kids is to partner with you as parents, grandparents and influencers of your kids and grandkids, and to help you feel equipped and encouraged to grow this next generation for Christ. Every Sunday, our leaders teach your preschool and elementary kids epic Bible stories and dynamic Biblical truths to go deeper with their small group leaders throughout each month. Each Sunday, we provide parents with information about the lesson so you can continue the conversation at home.

Kingdom Kids on Sundays
During 10:45am Modern and Spanish Services
NURSERY (birth - 2 years)
We have loving volunteers in our nursery just waiting to care for your babies through their first two years of life. Our staff of volunteers are eager to share God's love with your precious little ones while tending to their needs. We ask parents/guardians to provide the diapers, bottles, formula and snacks. Our Nursery and Preschool environments open every Sunday 15 minutes prior to each service and close at the conclusion of each service.
PRESCHOOL (3 years - 5 years)
We have a great volunteer staff who can't wait to share with your preschooler that God created them, God loves them and Jesus wants to be their forever friend. We welcome little ones from ages three through five years to come and join us each Sunday morning for Bible stories, activities/crafts, snacks and playtime.
ELEMENTARY (Kindergarten - 5th grade)
All kids in Kindergarten through 5th grade are welcome to join us during the 10:45am services as we dig into God's Word and explore the Bible! After being checked in, kids will join our leaders for an engaging activity to introduce the topic of the morning and then head into our Theater room for a large group Bible story. Kids will then have a chance to interact with what they just heard with leaders in their small groups, separated by grades - Kinder-2nd & 3rd-5th.
LIGHTSEEKERS CAMP (Currently Paused)
Christ First Covina children's ministry enjoys a long-standing relationship with our churches in the Southern California area that have worked together to put on Lightseekers Camp each summer. Our completed 2nd to 5th graders get to experience the beauty of God's creation in the Angelus Oaks area of our local mountains at Mile High Pines in the month of June. Campers have a fun week filled with games and outdoor activities all alongside a great week of Christ-centered learning and worship.
